Here's a new series that I have started while I agonize through quitting smoking, I'm on the patch and realize that the twenty one milligram dosage is too strong, last night I had a headrush/panic attack. Today my system is so charged with nicotine that I don't even need to wear a patch, when my heartrate gets to normal again I will move to Step Two of the program.
